Always include a leafy green in your smoothies like kale or spinach (my two favorites).
Ingredients: 1 lime and 1 orange (with skin removed), 1 cup fresh spinach, 1 cup of kale, and 1/4 cup pineapple, and 4-6 oz of spring water (or plain coconut water). Drop in the Vitamix in this order, start on low and turn dial to 10 then kick up to high. Use the tamper to push food towards blades and in 10 seconds, it's done!
