Organic white corn tortilla chips.
Dice one large Hass avocado.
Dice one medium organic tomato.
Organic mild salsa.
Dollop (1 tablespoon) of plain greek yogurt.
Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lime over the 'dip.'
The dip should be chunky. Add more veggies to your liking (maximize veggies; minimize dairy (or omit)). The recipe is simple and it can be made in a flash.
