  2. Hi,

One of the best ways for a person to discover new tastes for their raw recipes is to experiment making smoothies. A smoothie is a common breakfast for any one who eats raw food. It is very simple to do, and can include just about any ingredients you want. Be experimental and open to new fruits and vegetables. You just might find a combination you could die for. You can also spice up your fruit and vegetable selection with herbs and spices. How about a banana mint smoothie? Who knows, it might be your favorite.

  3. Good comment Baiju! It's great to hear from another smoothie lover. I am a raving fan. I'll be posting some recipes for my favorite smoothies momentarily. There's a delicious one with kale in it. YUM!
